Management structure
BABCO administrative structure helps organize the organization's work by dividing it into specialized departments or divisions, where responsibilities, tasks, and chains of command and supervision are defined. This structure aims to facilitate workflow, ensure coordination between departments, and achieve efficiency in decision-making and implementation. The types of administrative structures vary according to the size of the organization and the nature of its activity, such as the hierarchical, functional, or matrix structure.

Customer Service Structure
Because it is one of BABCO priorities (customers), a specialized department has been set up to distribute roles and responsibilities within the company's customer service department. It aims to ensure effective customer support and respond to their inquiries and needs with quality and speed. It usually includes management levels starting from the customer service manager, then supervisors, all the way down to service representatives who deal directly with customers, whether by phone or digital channels to ensure customer satisfaction and improve their experience.
